The Buckingham Literary Festival is for readers and writers, listeners and talkers & is set in summer in the beautiful town of Buckingham. Over five days in June it showcases some 35 writers and thinkers in a diverse range of talks, discussions, spoken word, theatre, workshops and foodie events designed to inspire, inform, entertain – and provoke. Emily will be appearing alongside writers such as Elif Shafak, Alison Weir and Saul David.

Fri 26th June
Mell Square, Solihull
As part of Solihull's celebration of Armed Forces Day, Emily will be writing poetry on demand in Solihull from 10am - 3pm. Share your stories of freedom, of forces and family and she'll create a poem for you to take away there and then.

Sat 27th June
Ecgwins Club, Evesham
The Festival celebrates all things word – written, sung and spoken. With a diverse range of speakers and performers from near and far, it attracts book-lovers of all genres.

Sutton Coldfield's first ever Literary Arts Festival is here - and it's bringing the written and spoken word to life like never before.
Across the festival weekend, local poet Emily Holtom will be writing custom poetry on demand on her vintage typewriter, inspired by people, places, and conversations.
