Street Art Solihull is a creative project for neurodiverse young people aged 16–25 living in the West Midlands. Working alongside professional artists, participants collaborated to transform Solihull’s vibrant street art into an original audio drama. Emily will be attending the launch event with her typewriter, offering live pop-up poetry.

In Conversation: Body Image and Dance

This event brings together artists, educators, organisations, and industry professionals for an evening of conversation, creativity, and collective reflection on body image in the wider dance sector.
Emily will be attending the event with her typewriter, offering live pop-up poetry on the theme of dance, body, and body image.

A month long festival celebrating bold, original voices by women and female-identifying playwrights and writers. Emily will be writing pop up poetry on demand throughout the day on Saturday 21st March.

Our Freedom Launch Event

Don’t miss our new exhibition exploring what ordinary people think freedom means today – and what it meant in 1945.
Developed by Future Arts Centres and Open Eye Gallery, it brings together stories of participants who took part in 60 locally led projects across the UK. The images were captured by 22 photographers who followed each project closely, and feature a diverse range of people aged 0 – 100, including schoolchildren, veterans and artists.

Get ready for an eclectic mix of entertainment, spectacular performances, and fun for all the family at Solihull Shines - the Mayor of Solihull's charity celebration event.
Those who pick up VIP tickets will be treated to pop-up poetry on demand from poet Emily Holtom, who has a unique skill of writing bespoke poems live in response to people, places, and conversations.
